I've made multiple purchases from by Malina, and while there have been a few hiccups, the support team is always ready to assist in no time.

This shopping experience was really disappointing. If you decide to purchase from them, make sure to thoroughly check the terms and conditions. I wasn’t prepared to go through a document before returning my item, and now I’m stuck covering the shipping cost of 149kr.

I ordered a pair of pants, but the site indicated my order wasn’t finalized, so I placed another order. However, they ended up processing both orders even though I only received one confirmation email. Now, I need to send one pair back, and when I called them earlier, they didn’t mention anything about needing a prepaid shipping label. I asked if I had to pay for the return shipping, and they told me I could send it back and just email them. But now they’re saying I didn’t use their prepaid label, so I’m on the hook for the delivery charges.

It’s frustrating to be the one footing the bill for their mistake. Quite the surprising outcome from such a well-known brand.

I've never encountered such poor quality and service. When I asked for an exchange, the company just shrugged it off, saying, "it's not our fault the jeans don't suit you."

I dropped £180 on a pair of jeans that have stretched out so much they're basically unwearable. They suggested I go a size down, which I did, but these things stretched way beyond that. Now, they won't even swap them for a smaller size. Honestly, I can't recommend buying from this brand online.
